Mrs. Andressa Berrett

Andressa got married today! And I've only begun to dig through all the yummy images we were able to create in celebration of that event, but before this amazingly sweet couple makes their blog debut together, I thought it only fair that Andressa and her gorgeous gown get their time in first. She asked me to wait to post her bridal pictures until after Jonny got to see her in her dress on their wedding day. Well, mission accomplished. Jonny was smitten as you'll soon see (I'll post one teaser of the happy Mr.& Mrs. Berrett at the end of this post) and I've been in love with this collection of images for a few weeks now. So with that said, I now present to you the lovely Mrs. Andressa Berrett...

And the moment I promised, with many more soon to come...

my baby turned one!

First item of business-- these pictures were taken with my new "mommy camera", meaning they don't represent my best work, at least not when it comes to photography. However, they do represent my best work when it comes to kids. Ella is the finest I have to offer! And today she turned one. I can't believe how fast this first year has flown by. Seriously. And I love her more than words can say. She brings the happy to my every day. Her smile is so contagious, every stranger that passes at the grocery store stops to say hi, and that is not an exaggeration. I am so blessed to get to be "mommy" to this precious daughter of God. There's nothing I got for Christmas that can compare to this gift. Happy birthday my little one.

p.s. It snowed and snowed and snowed and snowed some more at our house this Christmas. Here's a shot of the view out my parents kitchen window. I would've found it all simply marvelous if we weren't trying to shuffle between houses (our parents live 10-minutes away from each other) and then get back to SLC tonight on the miserable roads. I'm so going to freeze tomorrow at the wedding, but not as badly as poor Andressa... We'll see how far that warm wedding spirit last before her toes fall off.
